Project: „Vaastu” house

Residential building in Sofia, “Dragalevtsi” region /”Vaastu” house/

The project covers the design and project management for construction of a modern and innovative single family residential building with garages and a swimming pool in Sofia. All materials and smart systems comply with the state-of-the-art technologies in the area of sustainable construction. The concept design of the project has been developed following the principles of one of the most ancient knowledges of the Indian civilization - Vaastu Shastra. It is an architectural science that explains how houses and offices should be organized according to the energy flows in order to bring harmony and positive energy to the everyday life.

The execution of the project comprises construction of two connected buildings of different height - a residential part of two floors and a basement, and a service building for garages and installation of building systems. The plot has an area of 921 sq.m. and the total built-up area is 652,20 sq.m.
