Project: Office building of CTW Consulting

Consultancy services and coordination with authorities for reconstruction of an office building

The project involves an overall reconstruction and refurbishment of an office building located in Downtown Sofia.
The Employer of the project is “CTW Consulting” EOODq the leading designer is “Victoria Ilieva” EOOD and the Project manager is “Bavaria Aircondition Engineering“ OOD.
The building shall accommodate 20 working places located on three levels. Levels -1.00 and -3.58 form a catering area, relax and fitness area, technical rooms and a parking lot. All installations in the building and façade cladding will be replaced with new ones. The aim of the project is to create a high level of comfort for the occupants of the building. For 633 m² office / administrative space are provided 6 parking spaces for vehicles and 4 parking spaces for bicycles.
